> [!warning] Skeleton โ this is the pre-class page
> Day 24 has not met yet (title provisional). Wednesday closed the random-walk arc at the continuum limit โ diffusion on an interval, transport by a traveling shape, and the drifting, widening Gaussian on the whole line, "the continuum approximation to what was going on at our microscopic walking level" โ with videos still in the bag ("I have some videos to show"). The roadmap from Day 20: a couple more random-walk lectures, then **discrete-time deterministic dynamics** โ "think about an ODE, but not continuous in time" โ then class time for activities and feedback, the model-analysis talks in the last six class days, and project posters in the final-exam slot. The transcript and captures fill in after Friday's class.
